           DCI is a white glove, boutique style facilitation service that takes a hands on approach with sellers and buyers. We go all-out to create long term relationships based on transparency, honesty and good old fashion hard work.  We work with the seller to provide detailed and concise information so buyers are able to efficiently learn about and gain an understanding of the business.  The sale of the business moves at the pace of trust and our goal is to facilitate a strong relationship between the buyer and seller yielding a smooth transaction.

From your initial phone call through closing, you will work with Mike or Sawyer every step of the way and not be handed off to someone with minimal experience. We provide this white glove service for a fee significantly below industry average.

Route Marketing

          Your routes are marketed on numerous business websites including BizBuySell, BizQuest, and Loopnet along with being sent out to our network of buyers. We make it a point to follow up with potential buyers as quickly as possible.

Buying Process

          Buyers are vetted heavily and prequalified on the front end with our network of bankers to ensure they will be able to execute. We walk the buyer through the entire process, including financing and FedEx approval at no cost to the buyer using our thorough buyer's process guide.
